Grievance & Complaint Process
The Main Street Academy expects complaints and grievances to be recognized and addressed in an orderly and timely manner. Complaints made by family and community members should be resolved with the parties most directly involved as amicably, expeditiously, and satisfactorily as possible.
Please note: TMSA is not a Fulton County School (FCS). Therefore, FCS staff, Departments within FCS, and the Superintendent of FCS will not address or attempt to resolve TMSA student/parent complaints, grievances, or concerns. TMSA is an independently operated public charter school with its own governance structure that does not fall under the oversight or purview of the local school district.
Code of Conduct and Discipline Handbook
All TMSA parents, guardians, and students may view and review the Student Code of Conduct and Discipline Handbook. After reviewing the handbook, all TMSA students above 10 years of age and their parents, guardians, or other persons having control or charge of the child are asked to digitally sign acknowledging receipt of the Code of Conduct and Student Handbook.
