PROGRAM FEES: All fees must be paid by a debit or credit card, we do not accept money orders, checks, or cash.

Frequently Asked Questions:

 

Do I get a discount if my student starts in the middle of the month? No. Monthly rates are based on the yearly operating costs of the program and cannot be prorated.

 

Can I pay less in the months with long school breaks? No. Monthly rates are based on the yearly operating costs of the program.

 

How does the cost break down for the school year? There are 178 instructional days in the 2021-2022 school year. The cost for 1 child in the After School Program only is $200 per month or $2000 for the 10 month school year. This equals about $11.25 per day for 2.5 hours afternoon care or about $4.50 per hour.

 

My student’s class was quarantined, can I get a refund for the missed days? No. Quarantined days are the same as sick days, we will not give a refund unless the entire school closes.

 

If there is an unplanned school closing, can I get a refund? Maybe. In the past, the program as provided refunds for unexpected school closures, however the school board must make this decision.

Greetings TMSA Families, 

Thank you for your interest in our Before School and After School Program.

Please review the following information regarding enrollment in the TMSA Before School (early morning) / After School Program.

PROGRAM DURATION: August 3, 2021– May 20, 2022 (excluding school holidays)

GENERAL INFORMATION
All TMSA students, grades K-8th are eligible to participate in this voluntary Program for the current academic year, provided space is available, participant’s registration forms are completed and signed by parent/guardian, the registration fee is paid, no fees are owed from previous school term(s), participant’s space is confirmed, and service fees remain current. Additionally, all participants and parents/guardians must adhere to the Program policies and procedures outlined in the current Program Guidelines.

PROGRAM HOURS

Early Morning Program: Monday - Friday / Receiving Hours 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.

After School Program: Monday - Friday / 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

YEAR-ROUND REGISTRATION starts in August through May and on a rolling basis while seats are available. Payment is due by the 25th of the prior month of service. All families (to the Program) must first sign-up via the online application process. Seats are first come first serve basis. If there is space in the Program, you will be invited to complete the registration process and pay at that time. 

PROGRAM FEES: REFUNDS ARE NOT GRANTED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED

NOTE: Payments include the one-time registration fee plus the first month’s service fee. Going forward you will pay the monthly service fee.
