Welcome to The Main Street Academy's 2023 - 2024 Extended Care Program!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The Main Street Academy's Extended Care Program is a fee-based program that provides before-school and after-school care for TMSA students Monday through Friday. All TMSA students, grades K - 8, are eligible to participate in this voluntary program for the current  2023 - 2024 academic year. We offer monthly (depending on the available space) and drop-in services. REGISTRATION AND PROGRAM FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE START DATE. DROP-IN REQUESTS ARE REQUIRED AT LEAST TWO BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE AND MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE REQUESTED DATE(S). Online registration utilizing MyProCare.com is required to enroll in the  Extended Care Program. Once the student(s) has been registered via MyProcare, the parent/guardian will receive an electronic copy of the Parent and Guardian Guidelines from the Director of the Extended Care Program. The guidelines will require electronic initials on various sections (1-3, 4, 5-6, 7 & 8) and signatures on page 9. However, on page 10, the student’s name(s) is required. Please press the edit function on the signature tab and input the child(ren)’s name.  Also, please choose a legible font style for all initials and signatures and review all information for accuracy to avoid a resubmission request for the document. Registration is required before an invoice is sent to the payer. Parent and Guardian Guidelines –  Will be sent to parent/guardian from the Director of the Extended Care Program after registration via Dochub for signatures.

PROGRAM DURATION AND HOURS

The program will be open during all instructional school days unless otherwise notified:

August 7, 2023 – May 24, 2024

Early Morning (Before School) Program: Monday - Friday / Receiving Hours 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.

After School Program: Monday – Friday / 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

EXTENDED CARE PROGRAM'S PRICING SCHEDULE

 The program does not prorate or adjust monthly fees based on holidays. The monthly fee is based on the yearly operating costs of the program and all scheduled non-school days are taken into account. The registration fee and monthly fees are due at the time of enrollment. All subsequent monthly fees are due the last Friday of the previous month. For example, the November fee is due the last Friday of October. 

AFTER SCHOOL SCHEDULE

We provide on-site programming with an emphasis on enrichment, homework assistance, and peer interaction.
