FCS Annual Parent Perception Survey

The Fulton County Schools Annual Perception Survey is an important tool for parents/ guardians to provide feedback to FCS. Your answers to this survey will help the district make improvements for each school.
 
  • The survey is anonymous and confidential.
  • The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete.
  • The survey is available in the following languages: English, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified), Korean, and Hindi. Please select the language you would like to take the survey using the drop-down menu above.
If you have children at multiple schools, please complete one survey per school where you have one or more students enrolled.
