we're going to get started in a few minutes just to give a few more people a little bit of time to log on just in case I just want to make sure I fix morning to everyone and we're happy you joined us this morning virtually and I see that we've had about two more people join in with us and I just want to give it one more minute I know I just received call from a parent who was trying to get logged in with us and I just don't want anyone to miss anything Disney music okay so it's 11 and we are going to go ahead and get started. And gas thank you for attending the Main Street Academy lottery for the 2021-2022 school year today Tuesday February 23rd 2021 at 11 a.m. as a result of our ongoing candidate our Lottery is being held virtually this year with no in-person attendance I Lottery process is as follows enrollment preferences are given based on our Charter application and Georgia state law to number one a sibling or a student enrolled in a school number to a student whose parents or Guardian is a member of the governing board of the charter school number three a full-time teacher professional or other employee at the charter school RH requirements are that students in kindergarten must be Age 5 on or before September 1st students entering first grade must be 6 or older on or before September 1st will provide the number of seats available during today lottery for each grade for each grade with seats available all students who submitted the necessary paperwork during open enrollment will receive an equal opportunity to attend pmsa you must be a Fulton County resident district ID for Fulton County Schools in order to apply during the open enrollment. For each grade with seats available if we receive more applique best spots available for particular grade a lottery will be conducted for the available seats on today once any particular grade is considered full than a numbered waitlist will begin and continue through the start of the 2021-2022 school year if the applications received during the open enrollment. For a particular group did not exceed the number of the day Apple seats all students will be accepted All Families will be notified by email of acceptance or placement on the waitlist by a school meant by March 1st can also log into tmsa school Niche site to check the status of your acceptance or placement as well we will continue to enroll after the Open Enrollment. First come first served basis we will now begin our Lottery thank you our kindergarten class has 100 ft Malibu with 100 open seats available good morning everyone my name is Kristen will you be sharing your screen at all I can't do that without sharing any information the what I can do is and just said that they would be able to see what I can see are you all able to see that screen yes okay wonderful so I have completed the kindergarten Lottery going to the first grade Lottery we have 100 seats in our first grade and 14 open seats if I can move this over here I have completed our first grade Lottery in second grade we have 100 seats and 12 open seats available we completed second grade in third grade we have 100 seats and 18 seats third grade has been completed in fourth grade we have states with 13 open seats available we have completed 4th grade in fifth grade we have 100 seats with 15 open seats available fifth grade has been completed and sixth grade we have 100 seats with 16 open seats available sixth grade is now complete and seventh grade we have 100 seats with 18 open seats available seventh grade is now complete and an eighth grade we have 100 seats with 14 open seats available 8th grade is now complete this concludes our 2021 annual tmsa School Lottery I'd like to reiterate that all families again will be notified by email of acceptance or placement on the waitlist by March 1st you can what sound go in and log into your tmsa school mix site to check the status of whether your student has been accepted or placed on our waitlist again thank you so much for joining us virtually this morning and I look for it seeing or speaking with you all soon have a great day thank you Miss Kristen
