Greetings TMSA School Community!
Please join me in a 30-day/30-minute wellness challenge July 1 - 30, 2021. Wellness begins with a healthy MIND, BODY and SPIRIT. So take 30 minutes each day to either meditate, do pleasurable activities, or exercise. Please know that wellness balance also means eating healthy, staying hydrated and getting plenty of rest.
So join me in our 30/30 Wellness Challenge to promote health and happiness as a key cornerstone to our school's success.
