This year’s 3rd grade Spelling Bee competition was epic! Prior to Spring Break, at the end of the initial day of competition, four third grade top spellers were declared. These four spellers battled through several rounds of words, which evolved to a spell-off. On April 12th, third grade teachers hosted a our Final Four Spell-Off, and after more than 25 total rounds of words, third grader, A. Farley, was declared the 3rd grade Spelling Bee Champion!
1st Place: A. Farley – Mrs. Williams’ Homeroom
2nd Place: N. Thurmond – Mrs. Delaney’s Homeroom
3rd Place: P, Groves – Mrs. Williams’ Homeroom
4th Place: K. Jackson – Mrs. Delaney’s Homeroom
