Ms. Shaw's Biography
Rosanna Shaw is a native of Cartersville, GA. She graduated from Spelman College with a B.A. in (Psychology/Elementary and Middle school), Central Michigan University, M.Ed. (Instruction), Capella University, Ed. S., and Provisional Certification in Special Education K-12.
Ms. Shaw has been a teacher, an Economic Research Assistant, and a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army. She has 40 years of educational experience and will be teaching third grade science and math at TMSA. Her experience in teaching has been grades 2-5 self-contained and case manager for special education grades K-5. My objective is to have an open mind, a positive attitude and very high expectations of my students. She hopes this will inspire and encourage the same traits in my children. I will make time to hear parent concerns without judgment because your input is valued. I will acknowledge both small and large accomplishments as well as follow through on what I say I will do.
