The Main Street Academy (TMSA) brought scholars together for an exciting SOARing High Pep Rally filled with school spirit, student leadership, teamwork, and recognition. The event celebrated the accomplishments of students and staff while reinforcing the school's commitment to SOAR expectations.
The pep rally kicked off with an energetic entrance featuring the TMSA Band and Dance Line, followed by a special performance from the Exclusive Dance Line and spirited cheers from the JV Cheer Team.
Scholars also celebrated the hard work and accomplishments of the TMSA Volleyball Team and recognized the staff members and student leaders who help promote positive behavior and uphold the school's P.B.I.S expectations. The P.B.I.S Squad and grade-level leaders were acknowledged for their contributions to creating a positive school culture.
The Brains Behind the Main (BBTM) Student Leaders took the spotlight with a special skit showcasing student leadership. Additional recognitions included grade-level P.B.I.S shout-outs and awards celebrating the top SOARing students from each grade level.
The excitement continued with the crowd-favorite Mummy Challenge, where grade-level teams worked together to wrap a teacher in approved paper streamers or toilet paper, bringing plenty of laughter and friendly competition to the gymnasium.
The SOAR Pep Rally was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate school pride, recognize student achievement, encourage positive behavior, and strengthen the sense of community that makes TMSA special. Thank you to the P.B.I.S team and all those who helped coordinate this event!
