The Main Street Academy (TMSA) invites parents, guardians, and families to participate in its upcoming Tech Toolkit: Knowledge, Use & Student Safety Family Online Safety Workshop on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The workshop will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams.
The workshop is designed to educate families on the importance of safe and responsible internet use while providing practical strategies to help students navigate today's digital world. Topics will include recognizing online risks, protecting personal information, responsible social media use, identifying cyberbullying, and establishing healthy digital habits.
Families will also have an opportunity to learn how to reinforce positive technology practices at home and strengthen communication between parents, students, and the school. Through this collaborative effort, TMSA aims to help ensure scholars are informed, protected, and responsible digital citizens both inside and outside the classroom.
