Action Required: 2026–2027 Directory Information Opt-Out Form

In accordance with Fulton County Schools (FCS) requirements under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), parents and guardians who wish to opt their children out of the release of directory information must submit a new, signed Directory Information Opt-Out Form each school year. Forms submitted in previous school years are not valid for the current school year.

Families who wish to continue opting out for the 2026–2027 school year must complete the attached form and submit it by Friday, October 23, 2026.

Please note:

• Opting out applies to directory information and may affect a student's inclusion in the yearbook and public acknowledgments of student achievement.
• Parents may indicate on the form if they wish to allow their child's photo and information to appear in the yearbook only.
