On Monday, October 5, 2026, The Main Street Academy (TMSA) is joining schools and communities across the country in recognizing World Day of Bullying Prevention with a message of kindness, respect, and standing together against bullying.
On October 5, TMSA students and staff are encouraged to #BlueUp by wearing a blue shirt in support of bullying prevention and to help create a school environment where every student feels safe, respected, and included.
This year’s message is simple: Be unapologetically KIND.
Please Note: Students Must Wear Blue Uniform Pants
All TMSA students can participate by wearing a blue shirt with their blue uniform pants.
Students who typically wear red uniform shirts are also encouraged to participate by wearing a blue shirt with blue uniform pants.
The campaign brings the TMSA community together while encouraging students to recognize the importance of kindness, respect, and positive choices in their everyday interactions. World Day of Bullying Prevention provides an opportunity to raise awareness about bullying and encourage students to be part of the solution. Every student has a role to play in creating a school community where others feel valued, supported, and included. A kind word, an act of inclusion, or speaking up when something is wrong can make a meaningful difference.
