Agriculture Program Seeks Donations To Purchase Wood Chipper

The Main Street Academy's (TMSA) Agriculture Program is continuing its commitment to sustainability and hands-on student learning through a fundraising initiative to purchase a wood chipper for campus use.

Following a recent prescribed burn on campus, the agriculture team is working to support ongoing forest management and environmental sustainability efforts. Proceeds from the school’s egg sales are helping fund the purchase of the equipment, which will assist in maintaining and improving outdoor learning spaces.

Currently, the program has raised $400 and needs an additional $300 to reach its goal. Donations are welcome and will directly support the initiative. Donations can be made at https://www.tmsa.org/AnnualInnovationFund/

Through projects like these, TMSA students continue learning valuable lessons in responsibility, teamwork, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
