As we wrap up the 2025-2026 school year at The Main Street Academy (TMSA), please take a moment to review these important end-of-year reminders about report cards, early dismissals, medication pickup, and clearing outstanding balances.
No Bookbags Permitted On Campus
No bookbags are allowed on the school campus from May 11-21, 2026.
Report Cards
End-of-Semester Report Cards will be sent home on Monday, May 18, 2026. If you do not receive a report card, copies are available for pickup in the front office throughout the summer.
Medication Pick-up
Parents and guardians are encouraged to pick up any medications currently stored in the school clinic at their convenience prior to the last day of school, May 21, 2026. For families who prefer that medications be sent home with their student, written authorization is required. To request that medication be sent home, parents/guardians must submit written permission via email to [email protected].
Requests must include the following:
- Student’s name
- Grade level
- A clear statement granting permission for the medication to be sent home with your student.
Please note: Without this written authorization, students will not be permitted to transport medications home.
TMSA also reminds families that any medications not picked up by the final day of school( May 21) will be safely disposed of in accordance with school policy.
Looking ahead to the next academic year, all medications must be accompanied by new authorization forms. Updated documentation will be required for any medication brought to school for the upcoming year.

Clear Student Account Balances for End-of-Year Activities and 2026–2027 Sports Eligibility
We are asking all families to review and settle any outstanding student account balances as soon as possible.
Maintaining a zero balance is essential for students to fully participate in upcoming end-of-year activities and to remain eligible for sports participation during the 2026–2027 school year.
Outstanding balances may include:
- Breakfast and lunch charges
- Extended care fees
- Library fees
- Technology fees
Thank you for your support as we close out a great school year!
