The Main Street Academy (TMSA) will celebrate Exceptional Children’s Week from March 2-6, 2026.
Exceptional Children’s Week is a national, week‑long celebration that honors youth with disabilities and/or gifts and talents. Exceptional Children’s Week provides schools with an opportunity to celebrate and recognize students who receive special education services and represent a wide range of learning needs and abilities.
The week is designed to spotlight the abilities, achievements, and needs of exceptional learners while educating school communities about inclusion, support services, and the professionals who help students thrive. Schools across the country participate with themed activities, events, and recognition opportunities that build understanding and celebrate diversity.
