The Main Street Academy (TMSA) is excited to invite parents and guardians of upcoming 6th-8th grade students who are passionate about dance and school spirit to attend the 'First Class Dance Team' Interest Meeting on February 12, 2026.
About the 'First Class Dance Team':
The First Class Dance Team will showcase student talent across multiple styles, including jazz, ballet, majorette, hip hop, pom, and more. Dancers will have the opportunity to perform alongside the TMSA Marching Band, participate in school events and showcases, and compete both locally and nationally.
Interest Meeting:
Parents of students (upcoming 6th-8th graders) who are interested in auditioning for the team are encouraged to attend the Interest Meeting on February 12th at 3:45 p.m. in the Media Center.
Audition Dates:
Auditions will take place February 23–27, 2026, from 3:45–5:45 p.m.
Requirements:
Students must have a recent physical from a doctor in order to participate in auditions.
