The Main Street Academy (TMSA) proudly celebrated Ms. Joiner and her class for their consistent participation in the “Drop Everything and Read” initiative during dismissal.
TMSA Media Specialist, Ms. Carnell recognized Ms. Joiner and her students for their dedication and enthusiasm for literacy. As a token of appreciation, the class was treated to ice cream!
During the celebration, Ms. Carnell also recognized students participating in the Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl (HRRB) for their continued contributions and dedication to academic excellence. These scholars were acknowledged for their hard work, teamwork, and preparation as they worked toward their upcoming Reading Bowl event.
This recognition highlighted the importance of the Reading Initiative Program and celebrated students and educators who fostered a strong culture of literacy. These efforts reflect TMSA's excellence and a shared commitment to learning.
