TMSA Celebrates Inclusive Schools Week

The Main Street Academy (TMSA) kicked off Inclusive Schools Week on December 8 and continued the celebration through December 12. Inclusive Schools Week is a national initiative that highlights the progress schools have made in creating supportive, welcoming, and equitable learning environments for all students—regardless of ability, background, or learning style.

Throughout the week, TMSA celebrated the diverse strengths of its students and reinforced the importance of inclusive practices that ensure every child feels valued and supported. As part of the celebration, staff were treated to a gourmet lunch in appreciation of their dedication and ongoing commitment to supporting students of all learning abilities. The week concluded with a PBIS Pep Rally, where staff and students enjoyed giveaways to celebrate the successful conclusion of Inclusive Schools Week.

Special thanks to Ms. S. Taylor and the Student Support Services team for organizing the weeklong celebration, Mr. Members and the School Nutrition Team for preparing the delicious meal, and everyone who assisted in making this meaningful week a success.
