The Main Street Academy (TMSA) community came together on Friday, November 7, to recognize Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness Day. Students and staff wore purple—the official color of Alzheimer’s awareness—to honor those affected and to encourage compassion and understanding.
Staff enjoyed refreshments and took time to reflect on the importance of supporting families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease. TMSA extends a special thank-you to all who donated goods for the event.
Thank you to Nurse Jackson for spearheading the initiative, Mr. Members and the leadership team for their guidance and assistance, as well as all of the staff and volunteers who helped make the day a success.
Together, the TMSA community continues to show that compassion, awareness, and teamwork make a lasting difference—one act at a time.
