The Main Street Academy (TMSA) celebrated National Seafood Month on Friday, October 24, with a special seafood-themed meal option that was a tremendous success. Students and staff enjoyed a delicious seafood lunch prepared by the School Nutrition team—resulting in an impressive 530 meals served, the highest number in more than four years at TMSA!
To ensure a safe and inclusive dining experience, families of students with seafood allergies were encouraged to select the alternative meal option- chicken and waffles, and the School Nutrition team implemented extensive precautions to prevent cross contact. These efforts reflected the team’s strong commitment to both student safety and meal quality.
This record-setting event highlights the dedication of Mr. Members, School Nutrition Coordinator, and the School Nutrition Department to providing healthy, flavorful meals that students love.
