On October 13, 2025, The Main Street Academy’s (TMSA) School Nutrition team participated in a professional development training led by PACE Reps, a recognized industry partner in School Nutrition innovation. The session focused on proper equipment use, safety protocols, and strategies to improve efficiency in daily kitchen operations.
The training was designed to strengthen the team’s culinary knowledge and enhance service consistency within the school’s Jet Fuel Café, which continues to experience growing customer volume. Participants received hands-on guidance in equipment handling and food preparation techniques aimed at improving both quality and safety in meal service.
