At The Main Street Academy (TMSA), the safety and supervision of our students is our top priority, as well as the consideration of school staff. Please review the following important procedures regarding dismissal and after school policies to continue to work together in support of our students.
Carline & School Pass App
- School dismissal begins at 2:55 pm and ends at 3:30 pm.
- All students must be picked up promptly from designated areas utilizing the School Pass App (Orange, Yellow or Green zones)
- Students not enrolled in the After-School Program or not participating in extracurriculars may not remain on
campus after dismissal. - Only authorized adults named on student's file may pick up student(s) & must present valid I.D.
- Late pickups are discouraged & will incur a $25.00 late fee.
After School Program
- Students enrolled in Extended Care Program must maintain current monthly fee payments to remain enrolled.
- Pick up for After School is by 6:00 pm.
- After 6:00 pm, $25.00 late fees will be added.
- TMSA reserves the right to contact DFCS &/or local police to report late pickups from
school. As noted in TMSA Policy & Code of Conduct Handbook, pg 23-24.
- Students participating in extracurricular activities/practices, not enrolled in after-school, are
not allowed to join after-school program when activity/practice ends.
These guidelines, outlined in the TMSA Policy & Code of Conduct Handbook, are designed to maintain a safe and organized environment for all students. Families are encouraged to review the procedures and plan ahead to avoid delays.
