Skylar Baty Presented the 2024 "Yes I Can" Award

TMSA's 8th-grade scholar, Skylar Baty, was presented with the Council for Exceptional Children's "Yes I Can" award on Friday, April 19, 2024. This award honors and celebrates the achievements of children and youth (ages 2 - 21) with exceptionalities. The primary purpose of this award is to encourage individuals to seek their highest potential.

"Skylar is the recipient of the 2024 Yes I Can Award because she academically maintains her grades, attends schools regularly and embodies a can-do, positive attitude despite her medical condition."
Kristy Boazman
Director, TMSA Student Support Services

Skylar will be honored with the Yes I Can trophy at the 8th Grade Promotional Ceremony on May 22, 2024.

Who leads the way? TMSA! Congratulations Skylar!
