Greetings TMSA Families,
You're the center of the TMSA community and your feedback is very important. You are especially invited to participate in three important surveys that will enable the state, district and other stakeholders to evaluate TMSA culture and climate, student growth, areas of improvement, and the effectiveness of communications. The deadline to complete each survey is Friday, December 15, 2023.
Most exciting, there will be a classroom incentive (TBD), by grade level, for the most completed surveys!
Leader in Me
The Main Street Academy is a proud Leader in Me school! As members of our school community, TMSA families, are invited to complete this survey and provide feedback on a number of meaningful factors. For our students' families and caregivers, this includes feedback on the growth of your student, available supports, and areas for improvement. Click here to access, complete and submit the online survey on/before Friday, December 15.
College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) Georgia Parent Survey
This survey (available in English and Spanish) is required by the Georgia Department of Education and provides a foundation for TMSA's Climate Star rating score and is a part of the CCRPI. The climate scores are an important indicator of TMSA's culture and climate. TMSA will receive a 1-5 star rating, with five stars representing an excellent school climate, and one star representing a school climate most in need of improvement. This survey is anonymous and confidential and will remain open through Friday, December 15. Click here to access, complete and submit the online survey.
TMSA Family Communications Survey
Please complete this important survey regarding TMSA's overall communications. Your important feedback will help TMSA better understand your communication habits, preferences and suggestions.
