Greetings!
Good news!!!!! Field day is back!!!!!! It will take place on May 16th (5th- 8th) and May 17th (K-4th). Remember, in order to make the event successful if we need assistance from our AWESOME parent volunteers!!!
The volunteer duties include: check-in table, setting up stations, supervising activity stations, scoring/refereeing, and cleaning up after the event. Please let us know if you are able to donate items such as tents, coolers, water, buckets, snacks, etc. Please use the following link to sign up to volunteer for Field Day https://forms.gle/dGs5zw8jcG38XUrz8
Click on the link to select a time slot that you are available to volunteer. After filling out the Google form we will assign you to a particular area based on your availability. If it is possible, we would love to have you stay all day (7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.)!
Parents will be able to coordinate lunch with the homeroom teachers. Your son/daughter would love for you to be a part of this special day and it’s a wonderful opportunity to create new memories with your son/daughter.
Field Day Information for Volunteers
- Please report to the gym at 8:00 am if you sign-up for the morning session (7:30 for the sign-in table)
- Be sure that your child dresses in the proper attire for Field Day with tennis shoes, shorts and Field Day T-Shirts
- *** NO dress shoes, NO sandals, NO boots, and NO dresses.
- Any items that are donated to the PE department for field day should be brought to the PE office by May 13th.
