Important Georgia Milestones Reminders and Resources from Principal Abdul-Salaam

Greeting TMSA School Community Family Members,

The Georgia Milestones will begin on Monday, April, 25, 2022 for grades 6^th through 8^th.  English Language Arts, parts 1, 2 and 3 will be the feature exams for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Algebra 1 EOC (End of Course) exam will take place on Friday, April 29th for grade eight students currently enrolled in the course. The school building will be in testing mode so all students will continue to have in-class instruction on those days.

I would like to share with you a few reminders as we begin GMAS/EOC test next week:

• Daily attendance is required
• Be sure that students get adequate rest every night
• Students should eat a well-balanced meal each day
• Arrive at school by 7:15 am
• Late students will be sent to the cafeteria
• Mobile devices are not allowed in the classroom
• Laptops will be left at school daily
• Refillable water bottles may be brought to school
