Did you know that January is National Book Month? What are you reading? I would like to challenge our staff and students to read for 20 - 30 minutes a day. As we close out the month, I would like for a few staff and students to provide a book talk/summation of their favorite book .
Also, We will be celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. I will have books on display inside the Media Center for checkout. I am looking forward to hearing from our staff and students.
As we begin this second semester; my goal for the remainder of the year is to connect with the ELA teachers and promote a love for reading. I will continue to order and display books that students are interested in reading.
