The State of Georgia is moving forward with administering the Georgia Milestones to all TMSA students in grades 3-8 and end of course (Algebra I and Physical Science).
To better assist The Main Street Academy with test/assessment planning, we are asking parents and guardians to notify us of your household’s preference for your student(s) to opt-out of taking the 2021 Georgia Milestones of by completing this TMSA issued Georgia Milestones Opt-Out Survey on or by April 21, 2021. Only complete this survey if your student(s) is opting out of testing for the 2021 Georgia Milestones assessments. If you do not opt your student(s) out of testing by completing and submitting this survey, one survey per student, your student(s) will be automatically required to take the Georgia Milestones.

If you've already completed the FCS Georgia Milestones Declaration Survey, you will still need to complete and submit this TMSA issued survey.
