The Main Street Academy's Governing Board recently awarded Triad Construction Company, Incorporated the school's basement renovation project bid. Triad, a general contractor, is licensed in 17 states, including Georgia, and has been in business for 25 years. Most importantly, Triad has an intensive background in construction within the education and higher learning sectors.
Triad will demolish approximately 10,000 square feet of TMSA's current basement and storage spaces to construct additional space inclusive of six classrooms, student restrooms, office space, student support area, and teacher workspace. The anticipated construction timeline is April - September 2021.
