TMSA third grader, Kaylee J., noticed the lonely impact and toll that the coronavirus (COVID-19) was having on the elderly in her community. The impact - COVID-19 mandated senior citizens living in assisted living and nursing homes to adhere to the stay-at-home mandate and not receive visits from family and friends. Kaylee took actions into her own hands. During this past Spring Break, Kaylee lovingly made 15 handmade cards inclusive of drawings and creative messages for senior citizens at Christian City Assisted Living Center, located in Union City, GA.
